14. Sweetwater Rewards Points and Tier Credits have no cash value.
15. Sweetwater Rewards members must have tracked play during each six month period to prevent purging of all Points and accumulated Point balances. Tracked play is defined as earning at least one Sweetwater Rewards Point during a six month period, excluding promotional Sweetwater Rewards Points. Jamul Casino may purge all Sweetwater Rewards Points and Tier Credits, without advance notice, from any member account with no tracked play in six months. Sweetwater Rewards accounts may also be purged by Jamul Casino for any member that is excluded from Jamul Casino.
16. Promotional play will expire 24 hours after the time of activation by the card holder.
17. Point and Tier Credit balances are non-transferable, including upon death or divorce.
18. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Official Rules, program regulations, eligibility, Point and Tier Credit accumulation and all other matters regarding the Sweetwater Rewards loyalty program are at the discretion of Jamul Casino whose decisions are final, but subject to applicable laws and regulations.
